Why would your school like sponsored kits?

I agree to complete an online program evaluation after using the kit in my classroom.

If I am requesting one or more Operation Water Drop kits, I agree to submit my students' results for every Operation Water Drop kit I receive.

If I am requesting an Operation Water Pollution kit, I agree to submit some results from the use of the digital total dissolved solids (TDS) meter and the digital pH meter.

These test results are to be found by testing tap water or raw water, but not from the activities that students complete in Lesson 5 and in Lesson 6 of the Operation Water Pollution program.

Notice: Your school’s request (but not your name or email address) will be added to the map of schools which are waiting for sponsored kits which is on SDWF’s homepage (www.safewater.org) so that organizations and individuals can choose to sponsor kits for your school. Also, your school’s name, your first name and last initial, the reason for which you want sponsored kits, the numbers and types of kits you want and with how many students the kits will be used may be used in funding applications and fundraising emails in an attempt to receive funding to be able to send sponsored kits to you.
